The Port Authority J7620 Denim Jacket keeps the classic look and gives it a more modern fit, so it’s trim without being tight.

It’s made from heavy 13.75-ounce indigo denim that’s been stonewashed, so it skips the stiff, cardboard phase and goes straight to looking like you’ve owned it for a few years. Two chest pockets close with button-through flaps, there are front pockets for your hands, and the cuffs button at the wrist. Adjustable button tabs at the waist let you snug up the fit, a detail you usually only find on the good vintage ones.

Denim jackets are made for customizing. A big embroidered design across the back, a patch over the chest pocket, a small logo on the sleeve, they all look right at home here. There’s also a women’s version (L7620) if you want to outfit a whole crew in matching denim.
