How can I rush my order?

Our website calculates rush shipping charges. To rush an order either place your order online and select the desired expedited shipping method during the checkout process or, place your order by phone at (800) 332-6576 and tell us you need your order expedited.

How soon can I have an order?

In stock orders placed before 10AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Larger orders may be shipped by truck. Most orders are delivered 2 to 5 business days after being placed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Email us at sales@blankshirts.com with an order status request or give our customer service department a call at (800) 332-6576. Be sure to provide us with your order number.

What is base price?

Base price is the lowest possible price per item. For more details on how base price is calculated follow this link: Base Price Details

Are your shirts first quality?

Yes our shirts are first quality. We get this question frequently because our prices are so low.

Do you carry irregulars or seconds?

No, we do not carry irregulars or seconds. If you should find a blemished first quality item in your order, we will replace it for free if you notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Purchase orders are accepted from schools and government only. Orders must be shipped directly to the school or government office. Formal purchase orders must be faxed to (877) 813-7626 before shipment. Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. Please start your order online and proceed to the "Fax/Mail" order placement option, which will provide a printable page showing correct style numbers, prices and shipping charges.

Do you take checks by phone?

We do not accept checks by phone.

Do you ship COD?

We do not ship orders COD.

Do you accept orders from outside the US?

We do not ship orders outside the US or accept orders from parties outside the US.

Do you ship orders to APO/FPO and US Territory addresses?

We do ship orders to APO/FPO and US Territory addresses.

Do you accept international credit cards?

We do not accept international credit cards.

Do you have a minimum order size requirement?

We do not have a minimum order size requirement, however the minimum shipping and handling charge is $7.95.

How do I exchange an order?

We do not accept exchanges. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, and then place a new order for items that you would like the returned items to be replaced with.

Where can I find the CVV security code on my credit card?

For Visa, Mastercard, and Discover owners, flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Card Security Code. View example here.

What is the CVV security code?

It is an important new Internet security feature that now appears on the back of most Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. This new code is a three or four-digit number which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. The security code helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession, and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.

How does this CVV security code protect me?

The security code is only printed the card and it is not contained in the magnetic stripe information nor does it appear on sales receipts or billing statements - you must have the card in your possession in order to use this code. Card Security Codes are not raised, so they are not scanned into standard credit card readers. In theory, these numbers are only visible to you. When you give your Card Security Code to a merchant, you assist the merchant in verifying that the order is being placed by you, the card holder.

Do I have to enter the CVV security code?

If this code is printed on your card, then YES, you must enter the code. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are now starting to require Internet stores to obtain the security code for all cards that have a code printed on them. In order for this transaction to be accepted and processed, you must enter this code if it's printed on your card. This is done for your protection.

Why is the price different from one webpage to another?

There are many factors as to why prices show up different than the "As Low As" price advertized on our website. The "As Low As" price is the best price you can get on items. The best prices on items are for sizes Small-Xl, in the color white, in quantities of 36 pieces or more. Colored shirts may be more expensive and pricing for 2xl and larger may also be more expensive depending on the style. These prices will be shown after selecting a color from our color drop down.

Content Caching is another reason the price shown may be different from one page to another. We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is up to date however, some internet technology providers outside of our control may use technologies known as "content caching". Examples of "content caching is where your web browser (user agent) is set to: "store temporary internet files" or "make a page available off line". Additionally, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and networks may use "caching servers" which serve up copies of web pages they have stored rather than requesting the actual and most up to date content from our servers. Search Engines/Directories and Archive Technologies such as "web.archive.org" may also offer up cached copies of old web pages which are many years out of date. Google and other search engines also offer cached copies of pages which, again, may not reflect the current data and pricing information on our websites. We cannot be held responsible and cannot honor cached pricing information from third party caching servers, over which, we have no control.

Does your company still offer its Printing Service?

We no longer offer our Printing Service at this time.

How can I make changes to my order?

Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you have the ability to put it on hold or cancel it. You can do so from within your checkout order confirmation page, your user account order history page, or your order confirmation email. If you place your order on hold or cancel it, you will shortly receive an email with instructions to contact customer service to change or reinstate your order.

Please note that placing your order on hold does not reserve inventory.
