While there is nothing wrong with a classic poly/cotton blend, this Next Level triblend has been infused with 25% rayon. This naturally stretchy, silky fiber has long been esteemed as the synthetic answer to softness. It mimics high-end, luxury threads like silk and cashmere, but is way more affordable and easy to care for. With three different types of fabric, heathered coloration became an intrinsic part of the design for these long sleeve t-shirts. Heather blends are one way to give the shirt a rustic, vintage feel. The combination of light and dark shades of the same color also make applied designs stand out, by providing more contrast as a background. Although the collar is a set-in 1x1 baby rib, the sleeves are hemmed, not ribbed, so they stay loosely fitted at the wrist.
