With a waterproof breathability rating of 3,000 mm and an outer shell made from 96% polyester and 4% spandex, our Team 365 Leader Soft Shell Jacket is built to keep moisture out and warmth in. This jacket is designed with a center front dyed-to-match zipper, semi-auto-lock rubber pull tabs on the zipper, zippered front welt pockets, open hem cuffs, a chin guard, and double-needle stitching at the hem and cuffs for durability.

  • 9 oz./yd² / 300 gsm, 96% polyester, 4% spandex bonded with brushed tricot with inner membrane
  • 3,000 mm waterproof rating
  • 1,000 g breathability rating
